Mira Spatial is based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what information miraspatial.com collects and how we use it.

If you contact us through the inquiry form on this site, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, and project information. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

3. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit). We use these logs to keep the site secure and running. We do not use them to identify you personally.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage, in two categories:

Strictly necessary. A session cookie that keeps the site working, and a record of your tracking choice, stored in your browser’s local storage. These are always on and are never used for advertising.
Optional analytics. Only if you accept. On your first visit you will see a notice titled “A quick note on tracking.” Choose Accept to allow optional analytics, or Decline to browse with only strictly necessary cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

If you accept, we load Google Analytics (GA4) to understand visits in aggregate. No analytics code loads at all until you accept and a valid measurement ID is configured. If you decline, the site makes zero non-essential tracking requests.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which will show the notice again on your next visit.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with our hosting provider, as needed to operate the site;
if required by law, to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s standard retention.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
